2003 Time: 14:30:33 Comments Dear Hind: If you are a good
citizen to Syria, why don't you try to do something to improve
the Democracy, and have equal opportunity? seems like all the
business and opportunity for some citizens, why all the
corruption? why all special people getting richer and the other
poorer, why there is no respect for the human right? no free
press? why all those nice cars for the goverment and other hard
workers people are so poor and hungry? why all the good schools
for the rich and the poor has an ugly schools and redicilous
teachers, why the govemernt won't let the poor learn and get
better, only the rich, powerful family can learn. why there is
no internet for everybody, and if there is, it is banned. Stop
being so proud of your Syria, perhaps you are one of them, and
you are getting something from all this nice things you are
writing about Syria, can't be the pure love, unless you have a
BMW, or Mercedess car in Syria or Canada and a beutiful villat
in the Sabboura, or in west Malki, where all the rich and
famous, Be honest, who paid you to be such a loyal Syrian?

2004 Time: 20:54:33 Comments: Sometimes I am wondering,
why still people like you so much in love with their country!!!!
Your country who is only looking after the Alawite and the
followers !!!!! who are bunch of gang, they go out every night,
wearing the designer clothe, fancy cars, Villas, when the rest
of the people unemployed, hungries and poor, Hind remember, you
are nobody in Syria, Syria is not for people like you and me,
Syria for the Assad and the Maklouf, Tlass and ....Stay in
Canada and stop thinking of the reform and making Syria first,
the leaders in Syria they don't want you my dear, wake up and
smell the coffee, Why they want to change and make Syria better
if they consider Syria place to make money and leave same like
What Rifaat Assad did, he is now saying Thank God I stole the
country, look it me now, rich and the grand children of my
children will be rich, so who cares about the middle and poor
class Syrian, Hind you make me laugh!!!!!! Syria first is a joke
for stupid people like you. Mohamnad Mansour July 2004.
- Date: 02 Aug
2004 - Time: 04:17:31 Comments It is a response to the
interrogations of Mr "Muhammad Mansour". It is possible that you
are very intelligent but your intelligence is badly used! ! ! It
is possible that you are rich but your wealth interest only you!
! ! I will not allow myself to treat the others of "stupid"
because I do not have to judge them. A lot of Syrian peoples
spend theirs time to judge the others! ! ! Apparently you are a
person who thinks that of him even (individualistic! ! !) . I do
not know what you did already or projected to make for your
country. Apparently nothing. Awake up, we need all efforts to
rebuild the country from interior like the external one on good
bases. It is the will of honest people who want to improve
Syria’s should gain at the end. "The way of the success passes
by the love of the ones with the others". RBA.

Comments: Dear Mr. Mansour and Mr. or Ms. RBA: Thanks for the
comment and respond. I am happy that in my site we are
practicing the democracy, freedom and liberty of say and think
what we want. I agree with RBA of our love to Syria will build
our country, and please Mr. Mansour don't let a negative
attitude reflect your love to your country, remember, people
come, people go, but our Syria will stay forever. Yes, I do love
my country, I might be stupid like you said, and I might be not
as RBA said, but it is not important. What is important that we
need to get all of us the intelectual and think of way to
protect Syria, in building and encouraging education for
children, to create jobs for the young generation, and protect
our enviroment. Forget about who is become rich or richer, who
is wearing what? and drive what car? and forget all those names
of the rich and famous! think of the big picture, think of
having a better country for a generation to come. Thanks for
both of you, people like you will get the big picture brighter.

2004- Time: 03:31:31 - Comments: Dear
Mrs. Hind, Congratulations on your website and lifetime
acheivments. I am a Syrian living in the UK since 1997 and I
have always looked forward to see successful Syrians abroad,
people who can at least inspire others to be successful. I do
not understand why someone will be unhappy and attack your
success just because you love your country?! If they beleive in
freedom as they claim they do then it is up to you to like or
dislike whoever you want. It seems to me that these people have
criminal records and cannot go back to their country.
Personally, I left my country because of the corruption that was
going on and probably still is but I look forward to the future
because of the Syrian people from all religions, ethnics and
sects who really want a better future and demonstrate their will
through their success just like you. Dr. Azaam Sabaagh, London

to your country and your honest point of view. It is great to
find Syrian like you, who think that the future is belong to us
( the Syrian), and yes, we should look forward and won't let
negative people stop us of dreaming of better tomorrow for our
greatest Syria. Again, thanks for being you. Hind Toronto,

Miss Hind A high quality person, with a high quality profile. I
do respect people like you who worked hard to build themselves,
and then invest their knowledge to help develop, improve and
upgrade their homeland. I only hope that the real work shall be
reflected in actions not in heart warming words, texts, and
images.. I gave myself the privilage of scrolling through some
comments.. and some although they edited some hard language
comments, I believe that they were trying to draw the attention
to the fact that we do need to work harder on the change.. Me I
do love Syria as much as you do and even more.. I am Damascene,
and very committed to my homecity which I will always consider
the jewel of Syria and the whole world..I can feel the wounds
that it is suffering now and I hope to be able to provide help
for heeling..I sincerely hope you have the same feelings

Comments: Hind, Changing the Syrian image presentation is a
joke, seems like you are puting a dark glasse so you won't see
the truth, which is you have a corrupted goverment, hungry
people, you interferance in Lebanon and kiling anybody oppose
your destructive plan. You might be an outsider reformer, but a
piece of advise, your love to Syria should be in refusing to
promote to this corrupted goverment, the police state, the no
freedom country. Your efforts is good, but the goverment you are
promoting their image they don't care of anything exept their
bank accounts. Tareq Zaid, England Feb 16. 2005

Comments: Dear Hind, I wanted to share with you how impressed I
was with all of your work to bring peace discussions to your
country (per your GMAP message). If more people in Syria were
like you, I would be confident that true and lasting peace
between Syrians and Israelis could be achieved in a heartbeat
for future generations to enjoy! As Jack Galvin, the former
Supreme Commander of all Allied forces in Europe shared with us,
that true leadership is all about caring and giving. Your heart
has always been filled with tolerance and respect for others,
regardless of nationality, religion, etc. That is a unique
quality that many folks can learn from. It was a privilege to
work with you at the Fletcher School. Your actions are one of a
pioneer paving new ground within the Middle East. Your
leadership inspires and serves as a model for many within your
country and elsewhere to follow. I wish you much continued
success in all of your endevours, whether in Damascus or in
Toronto! Lead away!! Very Best Regards, JulietWinston,
